When and how do I apply?
Once you have accepted your offer and paid your deposit, ICRGU will offer you referral to the Accommodation Solutions team.
Where do I live?
The Accommodation Solutions team work closely with a number of accommodation providers throughout Aberdeen to help students find the perfect place to stay.
What does it cost?
There is a wide range of options to choose from, contract lengths can vary from 39 - 50 weeks long and costs can range from £98 - £160 per week depending on the locations and room type chosen. As most of the locations available are designed for students, the rent cost usually includes all the utility bills and internet too!
What do I need to pay now?
Accommodation Solutions will confirm the payment amount required to secure your chosen accommodation. Do not make any accommodation payment to ICRGU for accommodation.
Will there be enough accommodation?
Although we cannot guarantee you will be allocated your first preference, we are confident that the team will be able to offer a variety of accommodation options open to you regardless of how late you apply.
What support will I have?
The ResLife team support students during their time in student accommodation provided by the university and residence assistants provide out-of-hours care and support. Within private accommodation, there are usually support/security staff on hand.
